I believe that therapy is a space where people can feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment. My hope is to provide a warm, open space where you feel safe to explore your inner world at your own pace. Within a supportive relationship, I aim to support you in the process of reflection, healing, and personal growth.
I take a collaborative and client-centred approach—working alongside you to understand what matters most in your life. Whether you're seeking support through challenges, wanting to reconnect with your values, or hoping to make meaningful changes, my role is to walk beside you with compassion and curiosity, and to help develop practical tools to support you.
My practice is grounded in evidence-based frameworks and informed by reflection, transparency, and authenticity. I bring a mix of compassion, clarity, challenge, and humour to the work we do together. Ultimately, I hope to support you not only in reducing distress but in helping you reconnect with what brings you meaning and teach practical support skills—so you can get back on your path and live life more fully.
