Will the attendees have to disclose things about themselves?
-
No one will be asked to share anything that is sensitive or highly personal. Attendees will have opportunities to share their experiences in a productive, but limited way, and these discussions will be guided by the facilitators. However, it is absolutely fine for attendees to remain mostly silent (apart from a quick introduction at the start of the workshop).
What if an attendee becomes upset?
-
Both Isabella and Liza will be present for the duration of the workshop. As only one facilitator will be talking at any time, the other facilitator will be available to help and support any attendee, should they become upset during the workshop. Note, that the workshop is focused on practical strategies and coping, and no attendee will be asked to share anything they aren’t comfortable with.
